Applicants will need to have a passion for customer service and helping people with their enquiries, be team player, and someone who wants to progress within the company.

We are looking for individuals that have proven experience in providing excellent service with a genuine desire to help customers, to come and join an expanding Customer Services team in Lancashire.

This role is varied and challenging to assist clients with their enquiries and liaise with team members to ensure that weekly targets are achieved.

Position:

  • Contacting clients who have made online enquiries
  • Ensuring customers that qualify for our service by meeting company criteria
  • Asking them relevant questions to their enquiry and following up by requesting additional information
  • Working with teams' members to achieve daily and weekly targets
  • Ability to communicate with both potential clients and colleagues
  • Objection handling (full training is given)
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Targetdriven and highly motivated / team player
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Ability to build rapport with the customer
