Description

We are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join our team, you will be responsible for looking after 3-4 house extension projects, you will have a dedicated Site Foreman/Contracts Manager.

Working within London & Home Counties Area, Headoffice in Brentwood, Essex

• Guide project managers to help them understand their duties and responsibilities.
• Guide project managers in designing project plans and tracking progress.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as filing progress reports and updating databases.
• Write progress reports.
• Write updates to databases.
• Facilitate meetings between project managers, sponsors, and internal and external partners.
• Manage budgets.
• Oversee the completion of projects.

Salary:
£60,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
