The Recruitment Bunker is recruiting for an experienced Project Administrator for a leading company based in Coventry.


The Project Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Programme Management team to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Your primary objective is to streamline administrative processes, enhance communication, and contribute to the overall efficiency of project operations.

Responsibilities

  • Company Policies: Manage and follow the quality, health, safety, and welfare policies of the company
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives.
  • Documentation Management: Support the Head of Programmes to maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and project schedules, ensuring accessibility to team members.
  • Communication Facilitation: Facilitate effective communication channels among team members, stakeholders, and external partners to promote collaboration and information flow.
  • Meeting Organisation: Schedule and organise project meetings, prepare agendas and data, and ensure that action items are documented and followed up on.
  • Reporting: Generate regular status reports for project stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and upcoming activities.

  • Must have IDLR/ Full right to work in UK

Desirable Skills

  • Experience of working within an Automotive/Manufacturing environment would be desirable.
