The role of HR Generalist who will report to Head of HR, is a very exciting role, supporting with a wide range of generalist people matters.
Duties will involve but not limited to:
- Take responsibility for a wide range of employee relations matters including wellness
- Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Support the new staff contract negation process
- Provide support with disciplinary and grievance processes
- Keep updated with ACAS changes and best practice recommendations
- Support with recruitment
- Work alongside L&D to ensure the timely and correct training and develop is provided to staff
- HR reporting and maintain staff records
- Support the Head of HR with HR projects and initiatives

£30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
