Description

Responsibilities:


  • Raising and sending service charges and invoices.
  • Bank reconciliations & Reconciliation of sinking funds
  • Allocation of payments to service charges account and proposed work
  • Processing Property Sales & Dealing With Solicitors
  • Work towards having responsibility for your own portfolio of clients.
  • Working with external accounts to assist on yearend accounts.
  • Assisting the property managers with budgets, debtors, and credit control.
  • Previous experience within accounts.
  • CPL Software experience.
  • Ability to manage your own workload and meet strict deadlines.
  • Good IT skills inclusive of Excel.
  • Proactive and professional attitude.
  • Proven background in bank reconciliation, invoicing, and dealing with client queries.
  • A good understanding of finance practices and procedures.
Good customer service ability

Being a team player and having the ability to help other colleagues when necessary


Salary:
£20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
