Responsibilities:
- Raising and sending service charges and invoices.
- Bank reconciliations & Reconciliation of sinking funds
- Allocation of payments to service charges account and proposed work
- Processing Property Sales & Dealing With Solicitors
- Work towards having responsibility for your own portfolio of clients.
- Working with external accounts to assist on yearend accounts.
- Assisting the property managers with budgets, debtors, and credit control.
- Previous experience within accounts.
- CPL Software experience.
- Ability to manage your own workload and meet strict deadlines.
- Good IT skills inclusive of Excel.
- Proactive and professional attitude.
- Proven background in bank reconciliation, invoicing, and dealing with client queries.
- A good understanding of finance practices and procedures.
Being a team player and having the ability to help other colleagues when necessary
Salary:
£20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
