Digital Marketing ManagerLocation:
Wolverhampton, West Midlands


Salary:
£45k-£60k dependent on experience


We are looking for an experienced and results driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead in the development of our short and long-term digital marketing strategies for our clients various products, brands and businesses.


Experience:


  • You will be an experienced digital marketing manager with suitable qualifications/ degree in marketing
  • Track record of developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
  • Technically capable with an indepth knowledge of all digital channels.
  • Proven work experience in a similar position, with 6 years plus in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience in planning and implementation of successful digital marketing activities
  • Strong understanding of all current digital marketing channel's inclusive of PPC, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships and Social Media Channels, along with integration
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
  • Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Wordpress, SEMrush and CRM software
  • Proven analytical, insight and MI experience and best practice.
  • Technical familiarity with web design
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Strong team management and communication skills

The Role:

Reporting directly to the Group Marketing Director, your Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall digital strategy and development of strategic opportunities and business vision.
  • Build and maintain best in class digital presence and continually prove ROI
  • Translate business objectives into coherent and measurable business plans with tangible deliverables. Expanding brand presence, attracting new customers and delivering conversion rate optimisation strategies.
  • Set up and manage the digital marketing strategy across multiple brands and products across all digital media inclusive of PPC, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships and Social Media Channels.
  • Shape and manage digital marketing budgets against ROI and KPI's
  • Develop marketing automation and lead management processes, nurturing consumer journeys to convert and manage new acquisitions and existing customers.
  • Communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Manage Digital media agency partners.
  • Research and report on digital marketing trends.
  • Collaborate with our Data and Analytics teams to lead in the development of datadriven digital solutions.
  • Translate digital performance data into measurable insights to drive core business objectives, inclusive of regular reports with comprehensive metrics and actionable insights to optimize performance and future campaigns. Utilising analytics tools to gaugesuccess and retargeting attributes to build audiences.
  • Champion a data centric approach whilst testing hypothesis and using results to harness learnings and optimise campaigns.
  • Stay informed on the latest platform and marketing best practice. Cultivate strong relationships with platforms gaining access to emerging features and technologies.
