Team Leader - Litigation

£27k - £29k

Your understanding of the Litigation process is imperative for this role, supervision experience would be ideal but not essential.

Great opportunity to set up a new department due to the firm wining a new insurance contract, the work is there and ready foryou to take on.

Run a caseload of small and fast track RTA cases (debt recovery on behalf of insurer)
Assist with training of new staff.
Run the cases from prelitigation, obtaining relevant evidence to support liability and quantum.
Draft and issue court proceedings
Comply with all court directions and deadlines.
Conduct onetoones with fee earners reviewing complex claims and technical advice.
Along with the Director, complete staff probationary reviews and appraisals and recruitment

Requirements:

Previous litigation experience and a good understanding of the litigation process
Ideally previous supervision experience
Confident, flexible, and adaptable
