SEMH Teaching assistant to help provide the very best educational experience so all our students can reach their full potential as they become responsible and proactive members of the community.

Our client school is set in the rolling countryside and specialises in supporting students with

social, emotional and mental health developmental and/or medical needs. With both a Primary and Secondary department, each pupil's program is individualised and work set is at appropiate levels enabling every student to have access to the curriculum.

The role requires;

The commitment to treat every child as an individual and recognize the potential of each and every pupil to help them overcome barriers and allow them to flourish both personally and academically.
Various behaviour management techniques to rely upon as well as a solid understanding of resources and schemes of work to use.
An imaginative and forwardthinking approach and drive to create memorable experiences and safe spaces both in and out of classroom settings.
Supporting the Class Teacher in all areas of the daytoday running of the class
Providing learning support for pupils in both group and 1:1 settings

You must;
