1 Job Details

(a) Responsible to:

Site Manager

Soil Treatment Pad Manager


(b) Responsible for:

Supporting operations on the Soil Treatment Pad under safe, respectful, and compliant conditions.


(c) Collaborate with:

All relevant parts of site staff and visiting drivers.
WRP site manager and chemists
Other Augean staff


2 Job Summary

  • Loading bags onto telehandlers for safe disposal
  • Connecting and disconnecting a range of pipework, pumps and tanks
  • Operational housekeeping
  • Cleaningdown of mobile plant and fixed plant
  • Maintaining generator operations and connectivity i.e. ensuring levels of coolant, oil and diesel
  • Supporting the team operations on the Soil Treatment Pad, and responding as an individual, to where effort is needed most.
  • Offering task rotation and industry experience, will be best served by a conscientious and supportive individual.

3 Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold Augean's health and safety standards and compliance practices by staying uptodate with procedures and risk assessments
  • Encourage operational efficiency by supporting the movement and treatment of waste
  • Actively support a safe and compliant working environment by maintaining plant and equipment
  • Communicating with other operatives and feeding back areas for improvement to management via effective communication channels
  • Any other reasonable duties as and when required.
