Fantastic opportunity for a fully Qualified Finance Director to help drive forward a business.

You must be commerically focussed, see processes through from end to end, strategic planning, systems intergration experience, change management experience, strong leadership skills and private equity experience.

Strategic Financial and Commercial Leadership

Work closely with the General Manager, UK to ensure that the Group's UK business objectives are met, and the Group's UK financial principles remain intact
Senior commercial finance partner to General Manager, UK and Senior Leadership Team
Overall control of the Group's UK Finance function
Managing Group's UK policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity and acquisitions as appropriate
Financial planning, formulating financial targets and budgets in accordance with the strategy determined by the Board
Actively support M&A activity
Leadership and development of the Finance Team
