Salary:
£28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Location:
Hatfield (office-based)

Contract:
Permanent, Full Time

Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join a successful manufacturers based in Hatfield.

Supplying specialist products to some of the largest retailers, you will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and team to ensure the smooth running of the supply chain process from start to finish.

The Role:

Process UK and international purchase orders
Handle deliveries, shipments and invoices for customers
Liaise with international suppliers and customers
Liaise with shipping agents for prices for freight and arranging imports and exports
Assist with supply and demand procures
Analyse stock holding for multiple warehouses and international customer sales
Keep supply procedures update to date
Deal with customer queries
Cover for other members when necessary

Skills/Experience Required:

Previous experience within supply chain is essential
Understanding of end to end supply chain process for order to delivery and invoice
Experience within a retail suppliers would be highly advantageous
Advanced Excel skills
Use of Sage 200 or similar ERP system
Analytical with good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
