Part-time, 22.5 hours per week (Mon-Wed, 8.30am to 4.30pm)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join the Child Development Centre administration team. This post is for a 6 month fixed term period.

We are a busy multi-disciplinary centre providing high quality care to children with additional needs.

As the Centre's receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming children, parents and visitors to the unit and for keeping the reception area presentable and child friendly.


As an NHS Trust we strongly encourage and support vaccination as this remains the best way to protect yourself, your family, your colleagues and of course patients and service users when working on our healthcare settings.

You will also be responsible for the telephone system in the Centre and some general administration duties such as booking appointments, procurement of stationery, dealing with internal and external post, room bookings and assisting with prepping files and scoring questionnaires.
