Location:


Warwick (Hybrid available after training)

Working Hrs:


Full-Time (shifts between 8am to 6pm, Mon to Fri) + 1 in 5 Saturdays

Who will you be working with?


In line with our company values of Customer Focus, One Team and Sustainable Future, our Technical Support Team works with all areas of the business internal and external to support our customers across to ensure a sustainable future.


Our Technical Support Team are part of Baxi Customer support providing support and advice to our installers and contractors across a range of technical queries on products such as boilers, cylinders, water heaters and air source heat pumps and anything else within the Baxi and Heatrae product portfolio.


What will you be doing?

  • Identification of key components
  • Providing fault finding, specification and installation advice over the phone

About you:


  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Logical approach to problem solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with keyboard competency.
  • Experience of fault diagnosis would be an advantage.

Desirable

  • Background in the domestic heating, gas or electricity industry.
  • City and Guilds in gas engineering or plumbing or NVQ equivalent.
  • Knowledge of renewable technologies.
  • Experience in the central heating industry and ACS accreditation
  • A sound knowledge of British Standards, Gas Safety Regulations, Building Regulations and codes of practise, Electrical standards and Gas Safe requirements.


We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, capable of working both individually and within a team, organised, and someone who has an excellent eye for detail.

Our package is made up of basic salary plus a variable incentive.
