Children's Residential Support Worker roles are one step below Shift Leader, working as a Children's Residential Support Worker is an important part of a Residential setting - you will work as a team with other Children's Residential support workers and be a real voice for the young people in your care.
The young people in these homes have not chosen to be there, working with them to create a family environment and making their experience as positive as possible. This allows for a good working relationship and positive outcomes for the young people. As a Children's Residential Support Worker you will be responsible for supporting the young people into independent living
On top of helping shape the futures of young people, Being a Children's Residential Support worker you will gain valuable experience and training as well as qualifications as you grow with a company that has the staff, and young people at the heart of its operation.

- Regular updates with inhouse Training and discussions about personal development
- Level 3 Health and Social Care Children and Young People's Pathway (Or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence

£21,475.00-£21,988.00 per year
