Our client is a well-established Northamptonshire IT support, services and solutions business.
They have a broad range of IT offers for SME and medium sized businesses in the East Midlands as well as schools nationwide.
They offer IT support, IT solutions and IT managed services along with some education-specific technology solutions.Job Purpose and Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing function with day-to-day client focused activities.
As the heart of the Marketing Department the role focusses on creating and delivering exceptional prospect/client campaigns, that deliver their message and drive growth for the company and their clients.
Every campaign is important and critical. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator ensures projects meet deadlines, stay within budget and exceeds expectations. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator works across all departments within the company delivering both internal and external communication and marketingDuties and Responsibilities:
- Provide general administration and sales support whilst updating CRM database.
- Create, execute, and analyse marketing campaigns
- Direct sales leads / Respond to correspondence and assist with postmarket research findings
- Create presentations and marketing materials
- Conduct market research and identify opportunities for growth
- Liaise with all staff for brand compliance
- Develop and maintain knowledge of product and service portfolio
- Create and manage an annual marketing plan to enhance and drive the reputation of the company to create new client opportunities
- Manage and deliver consistency in the company brand and ensure their values are upheld
- Support the marketing function by scheduling and organizing the creation of website content and all SEO and digital marketing activity
- Ensure the company promotional materials are accurate, up to date and available for sales use
- Coordinate all external events for the company client events, exhibitions, hospitality etc
- Collaborate and deliver exceptionally designed content that exceeds sales requirements
- Manage all social media platforms for the company
- Support the directors Linked In social activity
- Produce and manage a company library of sales and marketing assets, including Video, Audio, Photographic and Written content
- Create and publish monthly internal and external newsletters/communication
- Monitor marketing industry news and submit reports on emerging trends to management each month
- Work with Directors to provide campaign reporting to ensure consistent ROI on all marketing activities
- Create new and exciting ideas to drive our sales and marketing performance
- Collaborate with all departments to create a clientfacing and marketing led approach to our business.
Minimum Education/ Training Required:
- Degree level education, preferably in Marketing or Advertising
- 2+ years' marketing & digital marketing, advertising or graphic design experience
- Experience in using social media platforms
- Possess (or be in the process of completing) CIM certification or similar industry certification
Essential Equipment Knowledge Required:
- Office 36 specifically, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint/Teams
- Graphic Design
- CRM platforms
- Photoshop
- Social platforms

Location:
Northampton, Northamptonshire - Office based
Salary & Benefits:
£24k-27K, 40 hours per week, Regular reviews
Performance based bonuses, Commission structure for any business development
Four weeks annual leave + bank holidays, Sickness / maternity leave, Pension
Flexible working hours and locations (with morning huddles to start each day), Work laptop and equipment provided
