We are recruiting for a skilled Lawyer to join our Wills, Trust, Tax & Probate team in Manchester.

Responsible for all aspects of Wills, Tax, Trusts and Probate, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to work as part of a wider national team, who collectively are experts in every aspect of private client work and nationally recognised as leaders in their fields.

We are looking for those with experience in estates administration and lasting powers of attorney. We would also like those with experience in trusts and will drafting.

This is an ideal opportunity for those who are looking to supervise and manage a thriving and successful team, taking part in 1 to 1's, technical supervision, training and business development.

Alongside those duties mentioned, experience within drafting trust deeds and deeds of variation would be required, whilst also advising clients of inheritance tax matters.

Ideally we would also like STEP membership though this is not essential.
