Manchester City Council are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work within the Asylum, Refugee and Migration Service (ARMS)Contract:
Temporary, initially until 31/03/23 with possibility of extension
Location:
Town Hall Extension, Albert Square
Working Arrangement:
Hybrid, flexible
Hours:35 per week, 9am-5pm
As the team Administrator you will provide high quality administration support to the small busy team.
Duties Include:
- Minute Taking and creating action logs in team meetings
- Uploading and monitoring content onto the team's website
- Entering information accurately into a range of internal systems and documents
- General administration duties
What they're looking for:
- Experience or understanding of minute taking
- Experience in a Business Support Officer/ Administrator position
- Basic IT skills
- Good communication skills
