Senior Structural Engineer

Bristol | £40,000 £50,000

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Structural Engineer or
Senior Structural Engineerto take the next step in their career - potentially broadening your horizon with a vast array of building structure projects to get involved in, helping you expandyour industry knowledge and skillset.

In this role, you'll be working for a successful, growing multidisciplinary engineering consultancy.

With just under 70 members across numerous offices in the UK, they have wide-spread presence and the ability to work on projects in a variety of locations.

They have a small collaborative team in Bristol focusing on Structural Engineering, however, they often work in tandem with disciplines from their other offices, alongside having plans to hire some Civil Engineers & Technicians in Bristol.

As mentioned above, if you are pursuing Chartered status, this consultancy will be able to provide the vital support and guidance required to progress through this process, achieving the core objectives relatively quickly.

Responsibilities/Requirements - Senior Structural Engineer

Clientfacing role be confident when communicating with clients and other stakeholders such as contractors.
You will be working on a large scope of projects and have the responsibility of delivering from inception and feasibility, through to construction on site.
You will have strong knowledge of structural design and structural analysis software.
Experience working with and designing with a variety of building materials; concrete, steel, masonry, and timber.
Ability to work and analyse in both 2D & 3D.
Be capable of reviewing designs produced by other members of staff.
Provide guidance and support to more junior members of staff, alongside leading small teams on certain projects.
