Senior Export Coordinator

Walsall, Permanent (40 hours per week)

Salary:
Up to £35,000 per annum plus bonuses

As the Senior Export Coordinator it will be your responsibility to actively pursue inquiries, formulate quotations, and secure profitable revenue. To efficiently manage and coordinate export orders that necessitate design implementation.
Duties and responsibilities:_
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly assessments of the Export Coordinator's activities to ensure adherence to UK Export Standard Operating Procedures
Create and submit all necessary export paperwork, such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, EUR1s, Bills of Lading (with shippers), insurance documents, and presentations for Letters of Credit
Complete and relay updates regarding the progress of export customer orders
Update export shipping records, including transaction logs
Establish pricing framework and compile, convey, and subsequently monitor customer quotations
Prepare monthly turnover reports and provisions in collaboration with the Export Manager
What you should have:_
Must have previous experience in an Export role
Previous experience supervising a team member(s) would be beneficial
Fluent in speaking a European language would be highly beneficial
Must be familiar with Certificates of origin, EUR1's and Bills of lading
