Navigate, George Inn Lane, Perth

Navigate is an off-site supporting service for Secondary School Pupils from S1-S6 offering support to young people with social, emotional and communication difficulties which is based in Perth City.

Working in partnership with Secondary Schools, Navigate provides an individual package of additional support and education for young people whilst they remain on the school roll.

We have a team of Teachers, Pupil Support Assistants, Senior Social Care Officers, a Centre Leader and Senior Practitioner Social Worker, who all support the young people during their time at Navigate.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team, who is compassionate, empathetic and hard working.
