Description
Payroll process

  • Endtoend oversight and delivery of payroll process including managing the third party payroll provider
  • Liaison with HR team, report generation and error checking
  • Calculate overtime payments
  • Management Accounting
  • Deliver all accruals, balance sheet reconciliations and journalling for monthend costs.
  • Generate management reporting and variance analysis. Deliver insights into trends and suggest mitigating actions to improve performance
  • Liaise with service providers in respect of VAT calculations for the Singapore branch
  • Provide input to monthly management accounting review meetings with senior regional and global finance personnel
  • Support FP&A teams in understanding employees costs for various ad hoc projects
  • Process improvement
  • Identify areas for efficiency improvement across the payroll process and ensure we are getting value for money from our third party payroll provider
  • Work with global finance team to identify best practices that can be applied within the Europe operations
  • A payroll function, including markets out of the UK
  • Using finance systems such as Oracle or Workday, and strong excel skills
