Salary:
c£45,000 with overall package up to £72,600 (Car allowance, bonus, pension, private healthcare)


Hours:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week


Location:
Flexible location with hybrid working (Staffordshire or London would be preferred)

What will you be doing?


The role holder will lead a number of improvement projects and innovations that will increase our competitiveness in the market.

The role holder will need to work well with all senior stakeholders including General Managers, Directors and Board members.

  • Understand what key indicators drive the business and how data can help deliver and measure the success of the grow strategy.
  • Lead and motivate a team of highly skilled Data Experts.
  • Present and communicate complex solutions and analysis up to Exco level.
  • Develop leading edge analytics projects and measure the success of these once implemented.
  • Create a forward thinking and innovative mindset within your team.
  • Compliance with all Veolia policies and procedures.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience of managing and leading a team.
  • High problem solving ability.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience of working with Agile project management methodology.
  • Proactive and forward thinking.
  • Strong coding ability in either SQL or Python.
  • Strong data modelling ability.
