Protection Advisor
Remote // Surrey
£25,000 - £36,000 + OTE £60K+
Monday to Friday (No weekends)

Looking to work within a market leading Protection / Life Insurance brokerage with large growth plans for 2023?

Frustrated with a poor commission structure and a lack of quality leads?

Want to be able to work remotely, whilst still being heavily involved in team meetings and work events?

Consegna Recruitment are proud to be working with a market leading Protection / Life Insurance Brokerage, who are part of one of the largest Wealth Management networks in the UK.

They have a real focus on the customer journey and therefore ensure all theiradvisors offer the right cover, not just the cheapest that will result in a quick turnaround.

As a Protection Advisor you would be:

Provided with pre-qualified leads
Given access to a near enough whole of market insurance panel
Able to work fully remotely or hybrid if close enough to the Surrey based offices
Given the opportunity to sit your R05 exams, which would open up internal opportunities with added responsibilities and salaries.

The financial package for a Protection Advisor:

£25k
£36K depending on experience (R05 qualified advisors tend to get a higher starting salary)

- £60K+ OTE

Commission paid monthly
Pension and Life Insurance/Death in Service policy

Requirements to be considered for the Protection Advisor role:

Prior experience within the Protection / Life Insurance industry is a necessity
A successful track record of sales figures / conversion rates
A strong and clear telephone manner as well as excellent customer service skills
Flexibility to work shift patterns between the hours of 9am and 7pm
