Job Vehicle Painter Sprayer (Flexi hours, 3 days per week working)

Location:
Slough

Salary £40,000, plus an additional bonus £6,000

Hours:
Flexible working hours - Mon-Wed (4 weeks on) - Thur-Sat (4 weeks on) 12.5 hours per day (37.5 per week)

Our client is a privately owned business that has significantly grown with 700 employees over multiple sites and works with global brands.

They are now looking for a Paint-Prep Technician to carry out all Bodyshop work in an efficient and safe manner, to meet the business requirements and maximise workshop utilisation and productivity.

Your key responsibilities as a Paint and Prep Technician will be:

To undertake the preparation accurately and repainting of motor vehicles.
Fulfill all tasks to the customer's complete satisfaction.
Detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repair.
Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with the retailer, manufacturer, and industry guidelines.
Carry out all repairs according to best practice procedures.
Use all paint mixing schemes and drying areas/equipment accurately for all paint repairs.
Attend specialized training as required.
Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure product and service knowledge is up to date.

Requirements:

Excellent attention to detail.
Strong experience in car preparation and painting.
Experience within the accident repair and Bodyshop industry.
Experienced Smart Repairers will be considered.
