EllisKnight is proud to be working as the exclusive outsourced recruitment partner for a ground breaking mental health/wellbeing and inclusion social media platform: JAAQ.

JAAQ (Just Ask A Question) is an incredible new platform that allows you to get answerson mental health from world leading experts and those with lived experience.

This is a permanent full-time position working alongside an inspirational team.


JAAQ are now seeking a Customer Experience Executive (with a super inquisitive nature) to prepare a set of questions for each person that they film with - these are known as JAAQ Creators.


Working with our Director of Guest Experience, you will have the privilege of getting to know the people that make JAAQ the incredible platform it is.

The people that are sharing their expertise and/or their lived-experience to help educate, inspire andempower a world of people that need to hear what they have to say.


From initial discovery calls and carrying out research to composing question sets and asking the questions on the day of filming, this is a role that has variety, it is interesting and perhaps more importantly than anything, it is having a meaningful impact.

Below is a breakdown of some of your duties:

  • Contribute to ensuring topics are thought of, scheduled and potential JAAQ Creators are identified
  • Book in and carry out Discovery Calls with JAAQ Creators. This call should be used to talk about JAAQ, understand about their own background and story and to schedule in a potential date for filming
  • Carry out research on every guest speaker in order to compose a set of questions (generally 100). Webinars, podcasts, forums, info from the initial discovery call all great sources of information that will help you create meaningful questions
  • Liaising with JAAQ Creator to ensure their input is received being sending question set over for sign off
  • Sending out necessary invites and 'Experience Packs'
  • A big part of your role is to spend the day in the filming studio asking the questions you have composed to each JAAQ Creator (don't worry, training is given and you won't be answering the questions)
  • Making the JAAQ Creators feel as comfortable, relaxed and at ease as possible both prior to and during filming will ensure the best outcome for the Creator and the end user (the person using JAAQ to as a question)

Key Attributes:

  • Emotional intelligence, empathy and compassion are certainly a few attributes that are important.
  • Having an inquisitive nature and a thirst for learning is vital to create the very best set of questions
  • Strong communication skills are required. Whether it is on a video call during the discovery phase or inperson during filming, the ability to converse is essential.
  • Whilst you will have the full support of an awesome team, being confident and happy to work with autonomy is definitely important. We aren't a 'stand over your shoulder' type company there is trust and confidence is your ability to do a good job.
