Management Accountant - Permanent - £30,000 - £32,000 - Hybrid Working

REED Accountancy and Financein Norwich are delighted to be working exclusively, with an industry leading global business based in Norwich city centre, to recruit for a
Management Accountantto join their finance team and report into the Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.


The main responsibility of the
Management Accountantposition will be to prepare working papers supporting both management and statutory accounts to then report into the Finance Business Partner for review.


This is an ideal opportunity for a Management Accountant who is not only keen on the statistical element of the role but who is also interested in developing relationships to drive continuous improvement within the business.


Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the Finance Business Partner with the production of monthly management accounts
  • Production of statutory accounts
  • Continuously reviewing financial procedures and processes within the business
  • Reviewing central payroll workings
  • Assisting with commercial finance projects
  • Assisting the finance business partner with budgeting and forecasting where necessary
  • Overseeing the Purchase Ledger process

Experience and Qualifications necessary:


  • A Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills necessary
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft accounting software is desirable but not necessary
  • Ability to prioritise and selfmanage
