We are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our team based at London office. You will join a vibrant team and work in a fastpaced environment

The position itself will include, but not be limited to:
- Process purchase orders
- Process supplier invoices and employee expenses
- Assist with payment of invoices
- Assist with reconciling ledger accounts to supplier statements
- Respond to supplier queries
- Process client receipts
- Credit control
- Respond to client AR queries
- Maintain the daily AR report and prepare the monthly report
- Check weekly timesheets are input correctly and ontime
- Process manual timesheets
- Support management and project teams with information as required
- Assist with maintenance and updating of the financial and project accounting system.
- Assist with whatever task required ensuring the smooth running of the financial function and the office in general.
- Ideally upwards of one years' experience in a similar position or a business qualification or in the process of studying for an accountancy qualification.
- Sound computer literacy (knowledge of using spreadsheets, Microsoft Word and Outlook) and familiar with accounting software.
- Enjoys working in a challenging and busy project orientated environment.
- Professional approach with outstanding communication skills
- Good time management and the ability to meet deadline
