Head of Finance Operations | £100,000-£130,000 plus benefits | Surrey & London based
A Head of Finance Operations is required to work for an extremely successful, privately owned, internationally renowned retail brand.

The role will be split between offices in Surrey & London and will report directly to the CFO and will lead a team of 15+in finance (4 direct reports).

This is a pivotal role in the business where you will be operating as a key decision-maker and will provide strategic and operational financial leadership across the UK region.

You will be involved in driving robust financial controls across the region aswell as organisational vision and will be responsible for successfully leading the finance team.

Key Responsibilities include:

Partnering with stakeholders based globally, driving change, and implementing improved financial controls
Leadership and development of 4 direct reports with wider indirect reports. This includes an Accounts Payable Manager, Payroll Manager, Treasury Manager, and Financial Accounting Manager
Driving efficiencies and transformation through reviewing and developing the group's financial management processes and supporting systems, ensuring all financial processes remain fit for purpose
Responsibility for the annual audit under IFRS including managing the team through yearend
Management of the treasury function and cash flow forecasting
Successfully overseeing monthend, accounts payable, and payroll for the UK region
