Our client, a property/ FM company are recruiting an FM to manage maintenance, cleaning and grounds maintenance contracts and health & safety at various sites across the Midlands area, mainly Birmingham.


As addition to the FM tasks, there is an important project which will involve surveying and inspecting a National portfollio of buildings used as hotels.

This will involve travel throughout the UK on a regular basis and will involve overnight stays awayfrom home.

This is a home based role with a good deal of travel. Clean driving licence essential.
