We are currently hiring for a Customer support Associate for our Japanese corporates team

Profile Summary
・ To provide customers with quality support on dealing various banking products, such as Loan, Deposit, Foreign Exchange etc. and to respond to inquires from Customers and maintain the satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

Duties
・ To provide a customer dealing service related to various banking products, such as Loan, Deposit, Foreign Exchange and process deals that are booked for them
・ Respond to inquires from Customers within 30 minutes of receipt unless out of business hours or during your lunch break
・ Upon receipt of requests from the Business Promotion team set up and renew Customer Facilities
・ Data processing and information management, including the sorting and filing of documentation.
・ Know Your Customer practices for anti-money laundering and processing the registration of new Customers
・ To provide cover in colleagues' absence.
・ Ad hoc duties as allocated by the Head of Customer Support.
・ To support general administration issues.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience


Qualifications:

・ Ability to demonstrate knowledge of commercial banking essential.
・ Fluency in English.

Skills and Experience

・ Very good organisational and time management skills.
・ Very good numeric skills
・ To be able to multitask
・ Very good communication skills - both written and oral.
・ Very good customer focused work experience.
・ Very good skills to keep good Team Work & customer relations.
