Marketing Support Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Support Specialist to play a critical role in managing and updating our databases, creating engaging social media content, and assisting with other marketing related tasks.

This position requires a unique combination of creativity, initiative, and exceptional organization skills to achieve our business goals.


Responsibilities and Duties:

Manage and maintain our marketing databases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data.

Conduct database segmentation, and create targeted lists for marketing outreach.

Regularly update customer, market, and competitor information in the database.

Produce compelling and engaging content for our social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Schedule, publish, and monitor social media posts, tracking engagement metrics and trends.

Respond to social media messages and comments in a timely and professional manner, fostering community engagement.

Assist in market research and analysis, identifying market trends and customer needs.

Collaborate with the team to develop marketing materials, such as brochures, blogs, marketing copy, etc.

Support the planning and execution of marketing events.
Other tasks as needed to support the marketing department.


Salary:
£24,000.00 per year

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)
