Rugbytots Worcestershire is a children's play programme for - 7 year old boys and girls.Rugbytots classes are the best children's activities available, evidenced by over 85,000 children participating in them on a weekly basis in 28 different countries.
We use the best kit and like to have the best kind of people on our teamWe run weekend play sessions at our venues in Worcester, Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Malvern and South Birmingham.
Our fun, structured play sessions take children on a journey of sporting imagination with engaging and energetic activity leaders and coaches supporting them every step of the way.
A basic knowledge of the game is useful but confidence, an outgoing personality and the ability to work with young children is what we are looking for.
Full training is provided and we have a comprehensive activity programme for you to work from.Could you be the next person to join our fantastic team?
- The main location you will be working in is Worcester.
- Saturday mornings running classes at one of our venues. Up to 4 hours.
- Starting as soon as possible to begin training.
- Working indoors during winter and working outdoors in spring/summer when the weather is nice.

Responsibilities:
- To run a series of high energy classes to our children and their families (we get everyone involved).
- To implement the preplanned weekly activity programme within the Rugbytots class structure.
- To be responsible for your allocated venue and your assistant.
- To look after the kit and equipment you will use at your venue.
- To engage with children and parents in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
Requirements to be a Children's Activity Lead or Coach at Rugbytots: -
- Fun and confident personality.
- Dynamic with lots of enthusiasm.
- Excellent communication & organisation skills.
- Ability to commit to running a venue longterm and yearround.
- Knowledge of rugby basics will be very helpful passing, kicking, working as a team.
- Previous experience working with children and/or coaching helpful.
- Must be over 18 years of age.
We are interested in anyone with a passion for sporty activities and working with children.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 4 per week
Salary:
£15.00-£20.00 per hour
