Charles Michie currently have a vacancy for a Qualified Dispensing Assistant or Pharmacy Technician to work in their branches.Job description - The role will require travelling and own transport. Travel expenses paid from base branch.
The position will be based in our Portlethen Branch but will be available to travel at short notice to any of our other branches (primarily south of Aberdeen city) to include Stonehaven, Laurencekirk and Inverbervie or west to Banchory.
- Prescription intakes and collections
- Assembling and labelling of prescribed items
- Stock control including ordering, receiving and storing
- Selling over the counter medicines and providing appropriate advice
- Assisting the pharmacy manager and other pharmacy staff
- Assisting in providing pharmacy services such as Smoking Cessation, Pharmacy First and Medicines Care and Review etc
- All other pharmacy duties as and when required
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£10.30-£13.00 per hour
