Currently working as an IT support technician, but beginning to get a bit bored of the same old support duties, customers and tech stack? If so, I am currently working with an established software company based in the heart of Liverpool who work with somemajor construction companies

You will be the first point of contact for their clients in the event of any issues that need resolving, you will be managing tickets efficiently and liaising with the rest of the technical team to resolve them.

Your role will be very customer focused inorder to keep a good relationship with their clients. Supporting the service desk manager you will be exposed to endless ways to resolve customers queries.
