Remote Education Recruitment Consultant

Location:
Remote

Salary:
Up to 35k basic (plus commission and bonuses)

Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of clients' recruitment needs and requirements.
Collaborate with clients to understand their organizational culture and specific staffing needs.
Provide consultation and guidance to clients on effective recruitment strategies and best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to the education sector.
Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make datadriven improvements.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, preferably within the education sector.
Indepth knowledge of the education industry, including an understanding of educational roles, qualifications, and certifications.
Ability to understand clients' needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a passion for delivering excellent results.
Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment priorities and business needs.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory.

The salary mentioned is a basic salary and does not include additional commission and bonuses. The final package will be determined based on your experience.
