Head of Performance Marketing - London/hybrid - competitive salary/package

The Company and Role

My client is a household name in the luxury fashion retail industry - they are truly global (present in 150+ global destinations).

They have been going for over 30 years and their growth trajectory has been phenomenal. They are widely regarded as one of the best luxury personal shopping sites in the industry.

This person will have responsibility to define, implement and drive the traffic and customer acquisition strategy worldwide. The role will report into the Growth Director and will manage an existing team.

Focus of the role will be to leverage the digital performance channels to support sales and marketing in all markets, ensuring rapid scale.

A key consideration will be creating the platform to drive future scalability and full control through automation. Key channels will include; PPC, Google Shopping, Affiliate Marketing, Paid Social, Retargeting and App downloads.
