An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a hardworking and experienced Administration Officer to join our Integrated Community Team (City Cluster).

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual with good communication, organisation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative; you will provide vital administrative support for the City Cluster District Nursing Team.


The post will be on a permanent basis working 30 hours per week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday between the hours of 08.

Start and finish times can be discussed on appointment.


To work as a member of the Integrated Community Hub Team, providing efficient and effective administration/clerical support for the City Cluster.

The Administration Officer will maintain a close working relationship with the Lead Nurse, Hub Administrator and all staff within the Integrated Hub.


General administration duties such as dealing with referrals and booking/planning on behalf of the District Nursing Team using the Malinko system.

Printing of letters and patient correspondence letters and printing of reports.

Updating of electronic systems, collation of information, ordering stock and mail distribution, financial tasks surrounding invoices, data entry, communication with colleagues and outside organisations, supporting the team and general administrative tasks.


This post will be based in The Guildhall, Swansea but working across sites may be required to ensure the service's needs are met.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
