3rd Line Engineer - £45-55K

My client, an MSP firm based in Bishop's Stortford are looking for a 3rd Line Engineer professional to join their technical team.

You would be providing a high level of technical support and customer service to our clients, and potentially to our in-house team, depending on the role you work in.

Given the range of technologies we provide is so broad, the work can be quite varied day to day, which keeps it interesting and more rewarding.

Windows OS, Windows Server, Exchange Servers, Active Directory, Firewalls, Remote Desktop Tools, Virtualisation Tools, Exchange, and Office 365.

Responsibilities:

Supporting a client base across the UK on a range of IT Support issues
Providing technical support for desktop and infrastructure
Assist the ServiceDesk Management team.

Skills required:

Remote Desktop Tools
Firewalls
Microsoft Azure
Hyper-V & VMware
Microsoft Exchange
Backup Technologies
Office 36- user maintenance, licence management and all aspects of associated admin portals such as Exchange, Teams, SharePoint.
Networking - converged networks, VLANs, WAN routing, DNS
Connectivity - Leased Lines, LLU, xDSL
Webhosting
Servers - Windows, Linux, PF Sense, Active Directory, Group Policy

3rd Line Engineer - £45-55K
