Fox Morris are working with Royal Borough of Greenwich Council in relations to finding a Service Improvement Lead (Children Social Care) to start work ASAP

Responsibilities

Supporting the delivery of the Children's Services Quality Improvement Framework
Supporting the delivery of innovation and improvement projects including ensuring the continued deliver of the Building Brilliant Outcomes Together outcomes and to ensure sustained change.
Manages up to 3 directly managed staff. Manages up to 10 indirectly managed consultancy/contracting staff
Lead the Improvement and Specialist Projects Team to deliver its aim
Provide effective project leadership and expert guidance to ensure that crosscutting and servicerelated projects achieve desired outcomes.

You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.
