Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their busy team.

Duties include;

Overall leadership and management of the endtoend project/implementation cycle, ensuring delivery to time with full benefit realisation.
Develop and create detailed requirements documents for system changes/implementations/acquisition projects, liaising with internal and external providers where required
Manage the onboarding of employees for acquisitions, including Identification and delivery of required payroll system changes/development and where necessary build into the payroll parameters, for terms and conditions/benefits etc to ensure a seamless transferof employees onto the payroll
Provide data analysis and presentation of data, creation of process mapping for current and to be processes to support project objectives where required.
Provide collaborative and supportive working relationships with all colleagues, key internal and external stakeholders, leading and influencing as appropriate, in order to ensure that project requirements and goals are met
Provide system administration for the payroll team to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of data, payments to employees and adherence to statutory and data protection legislation
Creation of training plans and delivery of training to team and other colleagues as required to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data and payments to employees.

You will have;

Experienced in Payroll and related system administration
Experience in the delivery of improvement initiatives to deliver sustainable, measurable benefits in bestpractice payroll, pensions, expense management and finance related responsibilities via system and process improvements
Detailed knowledge of payroll processes including Statutory requirements and Data Protection
Experience of process mapping and data analysis
Experience of full project management processes and cycle delivery
Experienced in delivery of presentations to different stakeholder groups
Experience of managing the onboarding of employees into payroll systems
