Job Title:
Project assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers and team members.
- Assist in coordinating and executing project tasks and deliverables.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
- Conduct research and data collection to aid project planning and decisionmaking.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense management, and financial documentation.
- Schedule and prepare for meetings, including agenda preparation and minutetaking.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations, specifically for visits to research institutes.
- Support data entry and upkeep of project databases.
- Perform general clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, and document organization.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer service orientation.
- Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is desirable.
- Experience in data entry and computerized systems.
Requirements:
- This role demands a high level of professionalism and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced setting.
- This is not an entrylevel position; previous experience in an administrative or project support role is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to research institutes for projectrelated work is mandatory.
Job Types:

Salary:
£18,937.74-£28,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 per week
