I am currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join a leading FMCG business based in the Lichfield who are looking for Supply Chain Manager.

This business is a leading light in the UK FMCG industry with fantastic sales and market share growth.
Supply Chain Manager to cover the full end to end supply chain with a focus on inbound

The role will involve;

  • Implementing Supply Chain Strategies for the business
  • Develop Supplier relationships including activity with third party logistics (3PL) for import and Distribution perspective
  • Actively support the business with Cost Saving and flow of product
  • Interact and communicate cross functionally with internal stakeholders
  • Take the lead and manage adhoc projects
  • Develop Business case and measure project adjustments where necessary
Key requirements for the role;

  • Have a strong background in Logistics or Supply Chain environment
  • Great Planning and Organisation Skills
  • Strong in Excel including VLookups, Pivot tables and IF statements
  • Able to comfortably communicate with senior stakeholders
  • Motivational with energy and drive to achieve results
  • A willingness for personal development and progression
