We are seeking a talented and creative Event Stylist to join our esteemed team at Aria Events.

As an Event Stylist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your passion for design, creativity, and attention to detail in crafting unforgettable event experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:


Event Concept Development:

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, event objectives, and desired ambiance, translating their ideas into unique and cohesive event design concepts.

Creative Event Styling:

Design and execute captivating event themes, décor elements, floral arrangements, lighting concepts, table settings, and overall aesthetics to create a visually stunning and immersive event experience.

Material Sourcing and Management:

Source, select, and manage materials, props, furniture, linens, and other event styling components, ensuring high quality and timely delivery within budget constraints.

Collaborative Teamwork:

Work closely with other event professionals, including event planners, vendors, and production teams, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of the event design.

On-Site Styling:

Oversee event setup and styling on-site, ensuring that the event design is implemented accurately and according to the client's expectations, making any necessary adjustments as needed.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage event styling budgets, providing cost estimates, tracking expenses, and optimizing resources effectively to deliver exceptional event experiences within budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:

Previous Event Styling Experience:

Minimum of [X] years of experience in event styling, preferably in a professional event management or design setting, with a portfolio showcasing your creativity and expertise.

Creative Vision and Design Skills:
