We are recruiting a Care & Support Worker. You will be working in a retirement living service for older people.

As a Care & Support Worker you will be required to keep a watchful eye on the customers during the day and where required according to individualcare plan.

You will also be expected to Support them with their personal care if required and ensuring that their individual needs are met.

You will also be expected to work on a shift rota for 5 days including alternate weekends. The role is based in Harrow,with excellent transport links with a bus stop directly outside of the building.
As a Waking Night Care & Support Worker - the role involves:

Responding to customers needs
Assisting with personal care where required
Assist in house hold tasks, such as washing, ironing, and cleaning
Be aware of the residents' health and medical needs
Establish good relationships with the residents' family and friends
Work closely with appropriate professionals, e.g. Doctors, if required
Keep written reports as required by the retirement living manager
Carry out administration of drugs (after appropriate training)
