We are currently looking for an E-Commerce Assistant to join our dynamic web team in Islington, London.
Job Summary
To support the Web Team to achieve targets and a higher conversion rate, through a primary focus on e-commerce order fulfilment and customer care.
Key Responsibilities & Objectives
- Processing all Dinny Hall and wholesale orders, returns, and exchanges, and organizing the relevant logistic activities.
- Stock management of instock, low stock and out of stock products.
- Using Heatmaps & Analytics to report on the performance of the website and other digital platforms.
- Maintain DH Web and Harvey Nichols customer care channels, with checkins with the E-Commerce coordinator.
- Spearhead and manage the online performance reports.
- Participate in physical annual and weekly stock counts.
Experience Needed:
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in an E-Commerce role.
- Magento 2 or other similar platform.
- Understanding of what it means to be truly omnichannel.
- Experienced in Excel for reporting.
