Although we believe the majority of our people will choose our hybrid working model (at least 2 days in the office each week), for some of our teams that don't require as much in-person connection and collaboration, we offer fully remote working (with paid travel to the Moonpig office up to 6 times per year).

What You'll Be Doing

What you'll be doing:


  • Maintaining the CRM marketing calendar and execute production schedule to ensure timely delivery of communications
  • Creating targeted marketing campaigns by working with stakeholders and data analysts to generate and validate audience segments and suppression's
  • Proactively communicating with key stakeholders on CRM marketing campaign briefs, deadlines, production progress, deployment, and postsend analysis

You'll be a good fit for this role if you have:

  • Have a passion for CRM and are constantly looking for ways to improve campaigns, content, customer messaging.
  • Want to work in a diverse business and team which welcomes new ideas.
  • An excellent verbal and written communicator
  • High attention to detail
  • The ability to work collaboratively and work crossfunctionally within Marketing and the wider business
  • Experience using a CRM system, ideally Sailthru would be advantageous though not essential
  • The desire to work in a diverse business and team which welcomes new ideas.
