Remote, Hybrid, Site/Office based._

Although we believe the majority of our people will choose our hybrid working model (at least 2 days in the office each week), for some of our teams that don't require as much in-person connection and collaboration, we offer fully remote working (with paid travel to the Moonpig office up to 6 times per year).

What You'll Be Doing

What you'll be doing:

Maintaining the CRM marketing calendar and execute production schedule to ensure timely delivery of communications
Creating targeted marketing campaigns by working with stakeholders and data analysts to generate and validate audience segments and suppression's
Proactively communicating with key stakeholders on CRM marketing campaign briefs, deadlines, production progress, deployment, and postsend analysis

You'll be a good fit for this role if you have:

Have a passion for CRM and are constantly looking for ways to improve campaigns, content, customer messaging.
Want to work in a diverse business and team which welcomes new ideas.
An excellent verbal and written communicator
High attention to detail
The ability to work collaboratively and work crossfunctionally within Marketing and the wider business
Experience using a CRM system, ideally Sailthru would be advantageous though not essential
