Working alongside the Global Head of Brand Activation this is a superb opportunity to shape a team, whilst having a direct impact on the design strategy and implementation.

Purpose of your role:
Engage with buyers, customers and the world by crafting installations and display materials. You'll be taking each project from conception to execution.

Your Role:

Collaborate with the design team to communicate the brand message in an attractive and commercial way
Make creative decisions on visuals
Manage junior members of the team
Work closely with key retailers on concepts for POS and instore displays and installations
Ensure factories and suppliers are briefed accurately and in a timely manner on new product requests
Deliver against target margins by negotiating cost prices with suppliers as well as lead times and MOQ's.
Handle multiple critical paths simultaneously, from initial concept right through to production and delivery
Build and maintain strong relationships with the global supplier base
Manage the hiring and setup of freelancers
Work holistically across the business, deliver a firstclass service and forge strong working relationships.

About You:

Highly motivated and engaged by creative exploration.
A strong people manager with a flair for developing those around them.
Focussed on delivering on your promises, you blend seamlessly into an organisation, becoming the beating heart of their creative strategy.
You appreciate and understand what is meant by
_Luxury_ and how to convey that through your designs.
Solid experience working in a creative, retail or head office environment
An imaginative flair for displays and visuals, previous experience with POS and instore installations
Comfortable and confident in commercial and creative decision making
Highly organised and deadline driven, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently whilst delivering a highclass service.
Happy working with suppliers and manufacturers
A solid understanding of printers and their capabilities
Excellent communication skills
Impeccable attention to detail
