Lead Payroll Administrator

Luton (office-based)
The main purpose of this role will be to deliver a high-quality payroll service providing timely and accurate pay to employees.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading one of two payroll teams
- Working closely with HR and Finance teams
- Ensuring accurate and timely submission of P35 returns
- Ensuring Payroll function complies with HMRC
- Managing pension returns
- Knowledge of PAYE and HMRC
- Extensive payroll knowledge
- Knowledge of TUPE
- Knowledge of employee benefits
- Interpersonal communication skills
