Job title:
Lead Payroll Administrator


Salary:
up to £35k


Location:
Luton (office-based)


The main purpose of this role will be to deliver a high-quality payroll service providing timely and accurate pay to employees.


Key responsibilities:

  • Leading one of two payroll teams
  • Working closely with HR and Finance teams
  • Ensuring accurate and timely submission of P35 returns
  • Ensuring Payroll function complies with HMRC
  • Managing pension returns
  • Knowledge of PAYE and HMRC
  • Extensive payroll knowledge
  • Knowledge of TUPE
  • Knowledge of employee benefits
  • Interpersonal communication skills
