Finance Administrator
**Redditch

  • Permanent
  • Full Time
  • Salary upto £25,000 per annum
  • Full time 8am 5pm Monday to Friday**
    The Finance Administrator day to day duties are as follows:
  • Purchase ledger
  • Subcontractor ledger
  • Dealing with accounts phone calls/queries/complaints
  • Process payment runs, update our Management Accountancy System, send remittance advice to suppliers
  • Raise purchase orders where necessary
  • Credit cards input spend onto Axim
  • Monthly expense claims
  • Monthly mileage claims
  • Process weekly timesheets for payroll submission

The Successful Finance Administrator must have the following skills/experience:

As a Finance Administrator with The Hub, you will need:

  • Knowledge of the CIS scheme and previous experience with Project Costing would be advantageous.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be hardworking, flexible and responsible with a positive working attitude and a willingness to support colleagues.
  • Be a good multitasker.

Knowledge and experience of using the following software:

  • Windows


  • MS Office

  • Fully proficient with Excel
  • Some accountancy software, our client use Axim but will train on this.

  • Salary up to £25,000 per annum DOE
- hours of work 8.00 am-5 pm Monday-Friday

  • Holidays are 22 + BH, going up to 25 after 2 yrs service
