Vacancy:
We are looking for an Office Junior to perform general office tasks to support the Management Team. This is a full-time, hybrid role, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks, such as filing, data entry, invoicing, company diary management etc.
- Support colleagues & management to ensure client needs are met.
- Ensure any issues are reported to the Manager.
- Represent the company at all times by demonstrating high levels of customer service and a smart appearance.
- Undertake additional duties, or assist other members of staff, as may be reasonably requested by the Manager or Directors.
- Project support, such as order scheduling, daily ordering of materials, negotiating costs with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assisting with the project tendering and pricing process.
- Organising and assembling pricing/tender documents.
- Organising and assembling health and safety folders.
Essential Skills:
- Have a good knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Minimum six months' administrative experience.
- Able to prioritise and organise own workload to tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills: the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with clients and colleagues.
- Be a team player in order to work well alongside all other members of staff.
- Be of smart & professional appearance.
Desirable Skills:
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
