Vacancy:

We are looking for an Office Junior to perform general office tasks to support the Management Team. This is a full-time, hybrid role, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform general office tasks, such as filing, data entry, invoicing, company diary management etc.
  • Support colleagues & management to ensure client needs are met.
  • Ensure any issues are reported to the Manager.
  • Represent the company at all times by demonstrating high levels of customer service and a smart appearance.
  • Undertake additional duties, or assist other members of staff, as may be reasonably requested by the Manager or Directors.
  • Project support, such as order scheduling, daily ordering of materials, negotiating costs with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Assisting with the project tendering and pricing process.
  • Organising and assembling pricing/tender documents.
  • Organising and assembling health and safety folders.

Essential Skills:


  • Have a good knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Minimum six months' administrative experience.
  • Able to prioritise and organise own workload to tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills: the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with clients and colleagues.
  • Be a team player in order to work well alongside all other members of staff.
  • Be of smart & professional appearance.

Desirable Skills:


  • Holds a full UK driving licence.

£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
